Im Currently going to be hosting 1.4 Server.
But Im stuck on a few things

M2 Server Keeps Saying : MirLord V1.5Final..

Ok.
Loading StdItem.DB...
starttimer exception...

And my fire wall is dropped my ip's have been cheaked and names have been checked several times over.
Also When I Click My Char And Click Start,
The Notice box aint appearing.
Can somebody help please?

StdItem.DB is obviously whats wrong with it, do what mental said, you havnt set it up right. if you have, your item db has sumthin wrong with it.

As others have said, it MAY be a BDE problem. If you can open ur StditemDB within database commander tho - this is not the case as its obviously setup.

Instead check the numbers of the items in the Idx field, make sure they follow on from each other. For example 22,23,24,25 as opposed to 22,24,25,26 (notice the missing 23). Particularly look at any items uve added recently.

Okay I've checked through All My DB, All the Numbers Are Correct from 1-588
With StdItems
My BDE is set as C:\MirServer\mud2\DB
