lol yes me again , ok now i realy done something bad lol .... it hink i need a new harddrive cause this virus keeps crashing me pc , cant even get desktop up crashes just before.


it wont even format my harddrive lmao it crashes after 2 mins of trying to start format...any ideas or do i need new harddrive lol?

Try starting it in safe mode.

If that boots up it's most likely a virus, if not it's gonna be a hardware problem or a critical process.

boot it up in safe mode disable all the start up programs, retstart if loads up fine now just look thru the start up files and see if u can see a name that doesnt look formilliar to u. or look like anythin else uv installed

Boot up from your windows XP cd. Go into the repair console, then use the command

chkdsk /f

And let it scan your drive.

Sounds like an old / Broken Power suply not keeping your system stable i have had this problem a few weeks ago 20 pounds new PSU and it fixed all my problems.
