HELP server

when i try start my server errors come up from the db server and the loginsrv any idea whats the cause of this thankx

Got the right IP? Make sure you dont have it open twice, perhaps a reboot would be helpful.

1 idea, use the Diamond M2 files instead of 1.4. Much easier to do (in my opinion) and not as many errors.

im using 1.9 ledu and i av no idea what diamond is

Diamond is the latest files. presumed you were using 1.4 from your siggy

ye i changed ma mind fto go on 1.9 andtry summit new but it works fine on 127.0.0.1 but it doesnt with my ip so im stuck reaally error still comes up like but it the server starts

aint this because you already got them 2 open. Check your toolbar.

nope its not tht its happend ever since i put my ip in its blaggin my head real bad

right i worked out how its doing it its when i put my ip into dbsrc.ini its fine untill i put my ip insted of 127.0.0.1 same wen i put it in the logsrv.ini its baffling me i really dont get this its fine with 127.0.0.1 but not when i put mine in any help will be really appreciated :S thank Keenan

well ye because the server wrks fine on 127.0.0.1 and what do you mean set up right do you mean like in BDE Adminstrator because everything fine in there

i haver also tried on all 3 of my comps in my house get same error each comp
