admin for a mir server is just in the adminlist.txt in the Envir folder, just amke a new text file with this:
* Yourname
obvisuly replacing your name with your gm name lol

Full GM is * (YourName) has to be spelled exactly right
Semi GM is 1 (CharecterName) also has to be spelled exactly right
and if your adding a gm while ingame, just do @ReloadAdmin, and tell the person to log on and off
