simple do this:

goto the local area connection on the machine you wish to host on open it click the support tab get the ip something like this maybe 192.168.1.X go in the files change all the ips to that ip you just got from local area conection support tab run the gates use the ip u used in the files (from local area connection support tab) in your client exe to conect to the server on the networked pc`s its pretty simple no port forwarding required.

EDIT: You havent made the exe corectly. open ledu ip changer select the exe put the ip and name in open mirconfig eng select the exe select the .dll file password = pie select the current server name click delete the box above put the server name and the port 7000 click add click save exit that open the exe click the drop down menu select ur server click the button to the right of the drop down menu and it should work.

sorry if you can understand my spelling.

to the 1st part of ur post... the other posts i have read say that i need to forward the ports (which i have) and they also say that i only need to change a few of the ips in three different files which i also have done.

i have also tried changing all the Ip's which didnt work either still the same error.

to the edited part of your post i followed all the instructions fully from ragnars post and ive done that more than once to check. the only thing im not sure on it that if i am using the right exe ... i am using the one that starts my server when its offline. the last thing that ive done . i dont kno if it matters but i used the normal liebao.dll
