Help with items please.

When I make a new item with my Items i have downloaded from Blams site, I can see the item in my bag fine and wear it and it looks fine. (eg. winged armor - looks normal in bag and on the F10 screen, but when the character is in the middle of the screen It doesn't have its looks there, I think this is to do with the shape in DB commander). Can some1 tell me how to find the correct shape number for each new item please. Thanks
