help with language and regional settings

i have windows xp but no xp disk i was wondering if there was a place i could dload the service pack i need or if there is somone who can bypass the disk process i dont have the chinese pcr if anyone could help with this or have information about this thnx for anyhelp

You need to download a copy of XP or a copy of the I386 folder.
