Help!!!!!

Could anyone please help me please, whenever i load up my other laptop i get an error saying

DWWIN.EXE - APPLICATION ERROR
The instruction at "0x30034041 referenced memory at "0x8003f406". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to termniate the program
Click on cancel to debug the program

I don't know if this is anything to do with my problems but i believe they might be.

My errors are:

• Cannot run programs
• Whenever i go on the internet my internet closes
• Will not let me download a virus program

Could anyone please help me?

Had this prob myself and had to format my PC which worked.

happend to me b4 i deleted somthing by acident after i formatted / system restore w.e it shud work
