You have to choose to allow MSN to log conversations. So its unlikely that he has done. However if he has they will be here:

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\USERNAMES Documents\My received files

Failing that, to access his account through logging in... google "Ophcrack" and download the LiveCD with rainbow tables .

However you may wish to consider what you hope to achieve in doing this. Will furthur confirmination really help?

jk, r u sure that he really had affair? just be sure be4 u do any step, and even then, i think that u will hurt ur mother more by doing that revenge and tbh, i think she had enough if its true... just think if ur acts justify what he did, and what things will come out of it

erm... apart from the fact he had messages on his mobile proving it, and he admitted it to my mum that it had been going on for about 2 years.. no i don't think i'm that sure........
