I have no idea wether the guy was innocent or guilty, and dont really care either, but the point remains, people are getting sick of these cases, and evenetually if this keeps happening, someone, somwhere is going to get a jury to convict him, and once that happens, every single claimant, (money sucker - or not) is going to come in a loot their share.
