Hey, this is my first time hexing!

I downloaded "Hex Workshop". I opened my m2server in it. I see all the numbers things w/e.

I then checked out the sticky. - I wanted to change my max level to 225. I then clicked "Find" and inputted "807834077628" as said on the post. Then when I find it, i'm supposed to change it to the other code? When I try change it, nothing happens? Is there something like an Edit button?

Discuss, thanks.

for Max Level adjustments
Right mouse click over the m2server.exe u want to edit... press on the menu which happears "Hex Edit using HexWorkShop".
When it loads it press CTRL+H make sure the Type Box is setted to Hex Values.
in the Find Box copy and paste this without spaces 807834077628
in the Replace Box copy and paste one of the following without spaces:
807834157628 for lvl 22
8078341B7628 for lvl 28
807834277628 for lvl 40
807834317628 for lvl 50
807834327628 for lvl 51
807834FE7628 for lvl 255
then press Ok. and press Replace once in the small window which pops up... u should then get this message box: "The specified search string was not found"
After that close the message box. and save the m2server.
(remember to back backup files each time u edit something)

best thing to do if ure still havin trouble is d/l untouched m2 i think www.fernys.co.uk has one search for 807834077628 in that and take note of te address. Then goto that address in ure m2 and replace wot ever is there with

807834157628 for lvl 22
8078341B7628 for lvl 28
807834277628 for lvl 40
807834317628 for lvl 50
807834327628 for lvl 51
807834FE7628 for lvl 255

You could also use base converter to see wot number is currently inplace with ure m2. If u wanted to that is :)
