Dont even patch it. It sucks. You'll get too level 80 and think wtf. If you played before TBC, like the first 2 years that WoW was out, you will know how amazing the game was, raiding big cities when all of you were level 20, and then seeing your guild leader like level 45 you were like :O. Anyway. IMO dont play because it's all instanced and crappy arena's that you grind endlessly.

Your right, it's nothing on vanilla wow. But, it's still the best game out there imo. And the very start of wow was rubbish, buggy and unbalanced with little to do in the way of raids.

iam only patching the basic wow i aint doing the lich king or tbc yet.

i got wow on disc ages a go and it gotta do 2 gb of patching before u can play

LOL the buggy and unbalanced classes made WoW the best game ever! Mate. If you played since WoW released you should know that the days when tarren mill was a mosh pit CONSTANTLY and you couldnt level. Trust me.. Youtube something like, Old time Tarren Mill raids. It'll bring back tearful memories of the times you dominated that area. Also west plaguelands was awesome.

Too me, WoW is a dead game to me. Hurts me to see it in the state it's in. Dont even state that it still has 11million people on still. Dont care, blizzard have lost more than 3times that amount due to there ****ty decisions. E.g Battlegrounds and Arena's WTF?! That's basically saying "Lets limit a world of hundreds of thousands of players down to, AT A MAXIMUM of 40 vs 40 in PVP" Why? WHY??

tbh wow is a good game and alot of people enjoy it, dont take people opinions on it try it yourself and if you like it wehey :]], a few of us made a LOMCN guild on laughing skull :]] so give us a pm when ya ingame mate hehe, also it might be better to level your own char then you get a feel for the class and the game better :]]

I think WoW is amazing till you stop leveling and grind instanced crap. You shall see for yourself.

Also WoW is a dumbed down MMO for the masses of thick people who dont know what skill is. If you wish to argue all night bout this, do so. 100% fact - WoW - 100% grind for gear - 0% required skill (execpt mash buttons)

ive played before but not for long at all and from 45-80 ill get feel for character , i dont ave much internet time , wud i still be welcome to guild?

whats lomcn guild offer? group leveling and wud i be much use at 45?

add me to msn demon the first 1.1 gb patch nearly done , wow site is so slow lol.

Level 45 is just over halfway to end game, WOW starts at endgame for guild type stuff.

Your best bet is to get ingame and burn your way to 80 =)

Btw Shady, you'll love the leveling. I did. Im just warning ya before you getting addicted to grinding when theres no point. Because when the next expansion is out, all that gear is useless. It just fills your bags/bank slots which are full of memories or wasteful years of grinding when you could be out with girls/boys. Just giving the facts out guys, aint saying WoW is ****test game ever, but it sucks at level 80. I just wish they bring some sort of GOOD outdoor PVP thing out. Something that everyone WILL do whenever they feel like it.

u could possibly get boosting but if u aint gor a Recruit A Friend account then its gonna be painfully slow so i reccomend questiong , using zygors guide etc

The thing is it is good endgame. There's no game that comes close to it.

Endgame is where the fun is at, teamwork and the challenges are far better than levelling.

Post you char, that has cleared all the content and got Brutal Gladiator titles and I will agree WoW requires no skill.

Yes it's not as random and theres far more grinding than in the SS v TM days. But to be honest, it wasn't much different then, infact there was nothing to do which is why those fights existed.

The only thing I miss is 40man raids, apart from that the new expansion has been very good.
