what budget heatsink can i buy what will fit in an antec 300 case and be good for my intel duo core e7300?

dont wanna spend much but ive only got standard heatsink , runs at 45c when understress and i wanna overclock the thing a little bit :P

if i want a quadcore for my m board what would you suggest , does it even support quad?


i run macros on runescape ( lol) and if running 2 bots my cpu is maxing out , which isn't right. i really dont get how i solve it.
