Listen, clearly all these people aren't in your favour. Here is some advice, grab some files, play around, see what you can do, you never know you might put together some great ideas. Some of us out here can't manage that and any help offered is considered a privilege. No one knows you so they aren't going to risk trusting you. All the best

C# server files are good files around at the moment, development is continuous and open source.
If you serious about this then have a little read around the C# forums, doesn't take much, you'll probably get more done than sitting around hoping for someone to take you on. Also you don't need to make maps, there are a lot of maps already included in the files and lots released on the forums. Do a little search (even though search is a little bit crap).
p.s we were all in your position at some point, some of us just don't like to admit it and can be dicks about it.

Third link but the server files go back 7/02/2015, they are kind of outdated but it's a start.

It's not going to be a 5 minute job setting these up, so take your time to sit and read through. It's pretty basic, your lucky we have some people here who like to help and provide guides. Also, stop asking obvious questions then people might help.
