hi guys whats best programme to use for changing item textures/colors

as title says i am just wondering what programme is best to use when it comes to changing skin colors of items and stuff in mir3 i tried using paint but it just seems too solid with the color so if anyone can make a surgestion on what programe i can use for better results it would be appreciated greatly or what programmes do i need to make my own item skins etc that would also be a great help if i could make my own items too lol

sorry tai didnt know where too start post as dont start them very often lol so does anyone know what programmes i need to use to make item skins for inventory and equip etc please

Use Adobe Photoshop or GIMP, which is free.

You're welcome. I personally use Photoshop, but I think that you could use GIMP without any problem.
