High level province/caves "rebirth" Idea

This may not be the right time to implement something like this suggestion but I thought I would post it while its in my mind.

The Vision/Idea
To offer a new lease of life at 50+ "rebirth" system without reducing the characters current abilities in the areas they are used to.
To introduce longer more entertaining brawls.
To introduce strategic kit options

Sailor to take you to a new province - Level 50 requirement.
(need more level 50's before introducing as mentioned earlier it might not be the right time now)

When in the Province/Caves all players take a 50% reduction to their damage output
This is to combat the (in my eyes) problem that as we all get stronger and stronger the PvP balance is broken with 1-2hits killing people.

New Caves
The caves/mobs are a mix of leveling areas like Mino/PB/Numa with tailored defensive stats/HP so that the 50% reduction in damage is not a huge nerf PvE. (example Mino has 50AC vs Wars 100DC in New Area Xmob has 35AC vs Wars 50DC, slightly harder, higher exp but not twice the difficulty that the lower areas would still be better)
So there will be areas with mass mobs for killing, single higher exp mobs and so on just like we have now.

More Items/New Stats
Introduce level 50 items as the norm in this new area. (Yes that will benefit these players when going back to "low level" provinces
New Stats - Time to introduce elements? or X% damage vs X Type of mob - A way to boost the PvE damage back to "break point" (these stats would do nothing back in the "low levels provinces") 2 wizards going FFin against 2 types of mobs they could each kit for 1 type +50% damage vs Xmob, the other +50% damage vs Y mob)
Introduce more 55,56,57,58 level items that only drop in this new area/caves.

New Bosses
New Bosses to contest for, with reduced damage it would lead to larger more entertaining brawls for bosses, or potentially force alliances between groups of 50+ that don't have enough of their own guild at the level cap.

Out with the old
If 50+ people could obtain 50 items fairly easily then need to work for 51+ items from the new province and find the + element/%damagsVSx stats they would most likely move away from the lower level areas that they currently hunt.

Reduce old caves
As the numbers grow in the level 50+ area, you could start removing certain floors from older caves to reduce server stress. For example Oma Cave could become 2 floors instead of 3 (removing 1) The mines could become 2 floors (F3 and KR) removing 1 and 2. Slowly making it much much easier for new players to come in, kit up and head towards 50 without being 1 Hit out of places that they really should be able to hunt in or at least contest to hunt in.


Whats to stop these level 50's going back to the lower level provinces with the new higher level kit and still 1 hitting people.
Absolutely nothing will stop them using the level 50+ items they gain from the new province, The stats on them however will be no better than a level 50+ item in the current game as the new stats will be relevant to the new mobs/caves
For example -
Brace Level 51 - AC 1-2 DC 2-6
New Area Level 51 Brace - AC 1-2 DC 2-6 +5% Damage to Xtype.
New Area Level 52 Brace - AC 1-2 DC 2-6 +7% Damage to Xtype
No benefit in the "old" world

Just an idea, I cant see there being much to play for after level 50 currently, maybe a few new skills will do it for some but I feel like something new needs to be introduced to get that competitive, new and exciting feeling back into it without resetting everything like some rebirth systems have done in the past.

no 50 should be flame fielding pt solo...lol
it's a 30 cave..i feel for the lower levels lol.
advanced caves@50, heightened mob stats, puts the same levels in the same areas, 50's can choose to farm a lower level cave..but like you did in BC, xp cap it.

Agree with exp capping areas, no one under 45 stands a chance in PT when Lkira is leveling, which is about 26 hours a day.

Yeh, seems like she thinks one map only supports one person... Time of the month?

An advanced version of all caves for 40+ Would be a good idea. Say double the stats of each mob / boss and 20% better drops. It would give people more to kill the lower levels a little bit of seperation, and the higher levels something to work more as a team as. It'll boost the happiness of both lower and higher players as would instantly double the amount of things to hunt.

the GM's really need to add some new content everything is slowly boring everyone i know there has been a lot of problems lately but is there nothing in the near future that the GM's could confirm or hint whats in the pipelines for the server?..
