The error is in chinese,

the m2server loads

then says

Not ready 127.0.0.1 or summat.

all maps/map info
unup disabled.

all ips and things right

aint got a clue =/

open control panel open DBC make sure u set the path and set the database up correctly!

if DBC wasnt setup correctly, it wouldnt load past the setup.txt line in the m2server. Show a screenshot of where the server loads upto and may be able to assist better. Although you say that the ip's are correct, saying not ready 127.0.0.1 would lead towards one of the gates not connecting correctly...so there would be an ip wrong somewhere.
