Holy Deva acting like she did on Euro...

Ok, on Euro she was never the smartest of cookies... Any more than a few mobs and she was confused, ever wanting to lure them all together, even recalling her she would wonder off into the darkness at the edge of your screen in search of the monsters that must be destroyed at all costs! Before the changes she was smart, stayed close to you and in my opinion actually acted how Deva was intended to in the first place.

In a few places she actually does alot more harm than good luring massive amounts of... Well it's a big annoying lure of horrible monsters you don't need when killing a boss.

Just looking to find some other Taos feedback on the issue and see what they think. I think she should be changed back to the smarter version where she stays close and attacks what you attack. Also another Tao I know is now cursing at her Deva all the time now... :'(

Lol agreed when I started playing on here thought wow a usefull intelligent Deva , but since the patch she tends to wander off in a world of her own , so would be nice to have the pre patch Deva back.

Still not got Deva on my Tao so can't comment with certainty, but I'm sure a lot of taos were complaining about Deva's "intelligence" before it was changed as well?

Also, wasn't it's old attack one that could be LoS'd?

From what I have been hearing the new Deva (Euro style) is annoying and idiotic, even using her to bounce a boss between you won't work on this server as well as it did on Euro due to the high re-spawn rate of the mobs here.

I think, perhaps this should be put to a vote? Since this servers owners listen to it's player base and we the players can make a difference. Off to make a thread in main Forums. (In fact, I will leave it a little while incase a mod/admin feels like modifying this thread and relocating it to the main forums with a nifty 'wee' poll? If not I'll do that in the morn.)

It won't be changing back... It is as official... I will give some thought to a new Tao Pet when we get around to it.
