is there anyway you could put a warning in game reminding players that if auto-pot is on and set at more hp then your horse has it will constantly drink your pots lol .... its caught me out a few times now just thought maybe it would stop other people getting done in the same way as nothing worse then getting all the way to a cave to have 4 pots left lol :P

This is a pain in the ass and although i've gotten used to turning off autopot when mounting it still does catch me out sometimes.
Maybe have it auto disable autopots when u horse up, or possibly have a separate autopot setting that you can set specifically for when your mounted.

Why not just take auto pots away. FFS games easy enough as it is. You all been playing for 10 years surely you know how to pot
So we should also get rid of gearboxes from cars and make them less convenient.
as humans we are about moving on. With potting almost fully automated it gives you more time to do the other things ingame ie. cast spells.
EDIT - I have been caught out by this many times lol. I got around it by setting the hp it would check for to be lower than my horses hp. Never had a problem with mp as I'm a warrior.
But it I bought a panther the other day and it's hp is like 200 lol so I have to turn it off now :S

You set your auto pot to check when your below a certain hp, right?
200 / 5 for example, if your 199/400 unmounted it will pot, 4 secs later you will be over 200hp and it wont pot.
Same applied for mounted, youll be 199/800 or whatever, it will pot, youll be over 200 hp, it wont pot?
The numbers dont change lol, if its potting, your below the health pool youve set it to?

adv you are not looking at it properly, while on your horse (for a warr and a sin this has considerably less hp than the character) it still checks for the same number and if your horses HP at max is less than the auto potter has been set to then it will pot everytime it checks.
i dont know if this is a problem for wiz or tao as i havent played them on here. maybe its a problem for mp on wiz but like i said not tried them.

this is more like removing removing automatic gear changing.
Good point though. Auto pot used to be called cheating. Mir is very easy and there's a difference between moving forward and being lazy and incompetent.
In fact to would be more like removing the parking sensor beepers from modern cars. Just learn to park.
