any advice on a reliable host which can support a website and an mmo game emulator (hosting upwards of 300 people)

the cheaper the better, since im not in any full time job.

no its not web based. it runs similarly to that of lineage2 or roseonline emulator, and is client based ofc.

www.alphafrag.co.uk is where my server is hosted, £50 a month, about the cheapest you will get for UK hosting.

do they have any rules about certain servers being hosting there, for legal reason? or can anything be hosting?

£50 a month seems reasonable.

I dont think they have any rules as such really, they dont have anything on thier website saying we will not allow the hosting of this that or the other. You will get your own webspace with unlimited bandwith as well if you purchase a server. Drop me a PM with the details if you want to order one of the servers I can "recommend" you and maybe get the server like £5 cheaper a month or something.
