I'm willing to host a mir server on one of my dedicated servers in germany, you will be on a 100meg line with 1TB of bandwidth. Ping 84.16.239.103 for latency results.
I'm not totally sure on system specs at the moment as I can't access the machine remotely from work but it will be more than capable of handling mir; from memory it's a low-end intel under 2GHZ and 1GB RAM.
If you want to be able to use mssql (mysql is fine) you will have to pay extra, as it stands this service is free of charge, as long as you will allow me to be involved in the development and progress of your server.
The server is fitted with apache and mysql so you are able to publish a website and pull statistics.
I reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone at any time.
