How Can I Make Grafix .Wil's my self

Hi all how can i make grafix .wils from my own client, say i found an armour wich is, DnItems -5555 State - 5555 & Items 5555 how could i get the grafix .wil, if its not already there.
If that not possible how could i custom find or make shape image .wil Please.

would be most appreciated if someone can help me out here thanks

it would help if you actually specified what kind of item you wanted, i.e. weapon/armour/necklace.
