How come admins + mods can swear and stuff

Thats bad from leo, has swear words in and everything, and seeing as i got a warning a week or so back, for saying a swear word, i think something should be done about this.

p.s im talking bout the signature change.

well techincly LEo aint swearing, cause she has'nt posted it, and AFAIK "FU'K" is not a curse, now if you put a letter in were the ' is then that can be called a curse, but she hasnt done that, we are just Presuming that's what she ment.

However, i would like to say that this new auto warn once a offense word is used, is a bit annoying. cant you just disable you to post when the word is in the reply, and wont let you post till you remove it?. because i just got warned there for a post i did, and another post few days ago, without even replaising were i went wron ><. i generally curse alot, and dont even releaise i add it in a post.
However i will try and look after my posting a bit more, but just asking can you just try and add the feature were it wont let you curse, would be alot easier.

No swearing, unless used within an approapriate context (the swearing filter is on for more obscene words). Users which do wish to swear, will need to evade the filter. Users doing this within an acceptable context will not be punished. However those which evade the filter inapproapriately will be warned by a moderator in addition to any other swear-related warnings.

Then I can play the staff card...
