how do i make grafix wil files from fresh

Problems is.

1. how can i mutlitiple routate, images so they look like this example >

2. Then try and make it, into a .wil then add to grafix Folder, so i get the
(shape number and file )

can anyone help me please.

1. You have to make the all the images yourself, if not find some [each with different angles/movements etc.] (I don't know how to make them)

2) Just copy a .wil and stick it on your desktop, open it in HH8 delete all images and import your images (with different angles like I mentioned in [1.])

Depending on what files you use, you name it differently.
