the question incase you where to busy being rude was, how do you take your mir server from a local enviroment and make it accessible from the internet or external....

first, not everyone knows that, thats why the link deathwish gave was made but if you read it gives both ways of doing it.
if your running windows xp, make sure the firewall that comes with it is turned off (with the internet connected, right click on the 'connected' icon on your taskbar and click on Status, then when the window comes up click on Properties => Advanced. Uncheck the top box about the Firewall and click OK. The settings won't take effect until next time you connect to the internet.)
Then you should do what Deathwish said: To get your server online just change every IP in the server files to your current IP, to get your IP you can goto
www.whatismyip.com or start > run > type cmd > type ipconfig in cmd and your IP will be there.
once you have done that, start the server components
