How do you add +a-speed to a weapon

Now i did this before but i cant remember how you add a-speed so its positive not a negative a-speed.

+2 = 12
+3 = 13
+4 = 14 an so on

for -A.Speed
-1 = 1
-2 = 2
-3 = 3
-4 = 4 an so on

you need to set it in your Stditem.wil via dbcommander!
somewhere was an list of the things if i can remember me
search for speed or somthing like that!

are you talking about the @makeweap command? cuz if u r u cant add attack speed or take attack speed away, u can only change dc, mc, sc, and accuracy
