How does someone connect to my server...

I have teamviewer, feel free to help me.. I'm on my brothers P.C i have downloaded MIR2 2.3 server files, MIR2 Full client

i just need help setting this up so he can connect.

does my bro need a QSL DATABSAE and stuff like that?, i've copied the map files from mir2 into my Diamond M2 map folder, double click on .exe and get ''Data Folder could not be found''.
