i thought code -1 was the mapinfo file and code -100 is the db file errors just to let you know..

best to get a original mapinfo.txt file then add your extra,s to it , but add them a bit at a time to see where you are going wrong has it could be a few things in the mapinfo, like maybe [0 Bichon-Province 0] make sure it has all the [] in and check what appears after that it could be it can not recognise it etc , hope this helps..
