how to go around my skecths

i have a thing called gimp its like psp but lil worse and free , enyway ive drawn some sketchs and i would like to go around it with a dark ink on the computer ,
will i have to do this manually , or can i do sumthing to make it go around it automatically

best way is pen tool it, your never going to get it right with stroke, its lame and ****.
