Open the map using a map editor, save to bmp, edit the map image and resize it 25%, import the resized map image in to the mmap.wil or what ever its called.
Open the map using MapEdit > Save the map to .Bmp > Resize the .Bmp x25 x25 > Open mmap.wil in your clients data folder using hh8 or dataviewer > import(Add) the .Bmp into there
