i'm suggesting you opened that with your web browser from your computer, and it hasn't been uploaded to your domain hosting.
Well, stick it in a folder in your desktop, name it anything (Go with something like "website1".
Stick the .html in the folder.
make another folder called "images".
stick the .gif in the "images" folder.
then copy 'n paste this:
The only things I've done is moved the </p> tag, as you wouldn't format your picture as text. And i've put images/ behind the "Siggey.gif" to link the .html to the image.
Btw, make sure your image is actually called "Siggey" and it is a .gif
If you've put images/Siggey.gif and it's actually called siggey then the .html will be looking for "Siggey" not "siggey".
It's advised you dont use caps when handling links to images.

Your coding was almost fine really. All I did was stick them in one folder (didnt bother creating an image folder, all it does is organize things).

Ahhh, sweet dude
Open notepad.
do your thing with HTML.
File>Save As...
then save it as "mywebsite.html" or "mywebsite.htm" (obviously, the name doesn't matter aslong as you have .html or .htm on the end)

Upload it via the upload function in File Manager>public_html>"Upload".
Or you can use an FTP Client.

Nope its still the same =/ the .html file and images are in the same file, when i load up the html file from the folder its okay, but when i load it from my site its buggerd=/

Looking at your page source, you have put caps on all the first letters (HabboBackground for example). Are you sure the images are exactly like that?

Yes the images are in the same page as the file, ive tryed it in a seperate file
