Dear BH

The following players report they are having huge lags while they are playing the game.
I am collecting their accounts and hopefully you could find common things between them and fix this problem.

About the Hell map. Lots of friends knew hell map provides a great reward. However, they are disappointed when they find out that SD do not give mini mass drop anymore.

You say lots of friends, whom are these people complaining about hell cave, get them to post constructive feedback on the thread and it may help BH Steer the map in the right direction (if there is anything wrong with it)

Lag will probably be on your guys end, the server itself doesn't have lag issues, you might want to look into it your end before wasting GMs times looking for issues that may not exist

try doing speed checks and such to see how strong your connection is in general
Possibly turn off your router for 15 mins, then power it back on to clear all network sessions
Does it only lag at certain times?

Answer some questions before auto-assuming it's the gms issue to look into.

Lag issues are probably user side I never get lag off the server I am running 100m virgin media bb. I would say if you haven't tried everything Zed suggested try that first and then if your still having problems ask GMs to help.

And you're assuming he has. Assuming is wrong either way, but common sense points to it more likely being client-side if only those 5 people are having the issue.

I'd suggest using WTFast .. it seems to make you very quick on here regardless of location.

It's made me quite fast but then again i don't know myself i only know by videos iv seen and people telling me. without it i get 2 steplag consistently. with it, im a dart.

Correct, but it's an educated assumption that it's client side, not the server side (else a lot more would lag)
It could be (since they are all friends) region specific, that they are just getting bad connectivity to the server, it happens.

Yes, troublemaker is Chinese, but is at Uni in Germany. It also doesnt say anywhere that all his friends are chinese and live in china.

No, you're right. It's a massive logical leap to think that, based on their account names, they might be living in China, and not Germany.

They're more likely than not having a schnitzel with sauerkraut and a radler as I type this.

+1 for WTFast. stopped my 2 step lag and get get around 280ping from new Zealand. normally ping 320 and loads of packet loss.
