i got the test server running but i cant see the maps or char or mobs

ur data folder lol that would be the prob as u cant see mobs ppl and maps, probably an error of some sort other than that not too sure
Make sure you've installing Mir properly first, and copy all maps from your /Mir200/Maps file into your Maps directory in the LOM install (e.g. C:\Program Files\WEMADE Entertainment\Legend of Mir\Map is the default).
To get monsters working go into your Mir200/Envir directory and copy all the contents of MongenOriginal.txt into your Mongen.txt file. Restart your server and it should all work.

hey thanks for that my server is now working but i need to make a ftp client file or somthing but i dont know how to do that my m8 has been trying to get on but it says connection closed i put my ip addy in were it supposed to go now just a few technical difficulties
No promblemos! I haven't actually had my server working online yet, so I can't help you much more than I've done so.

aye i now :P it wouldnt fit if i had used the correct spelling
ok i can not get my server online i have checked all the threads but still cant make sense of it so can someone pls put it in lamans terms
server starter says it is missing a file or it is incorrect now i have not changed anything in it and it was working earlier
plus when i put my ip in all the rite places dbserver will not correct i have done everything to see wat my ip is i did the command prompt thing ipconfig
i used server starter and it gave me the same ip address so i am lost i deleted everything and made it all again only changing things wat these forums have told me to change so pls help me
