a genuine ebay seller wouldn't have sold that laptop for so low, personally if it was getting crapp bids i would've bidded on it myself to increase competition.

plus now that he's paid using a cheque, he cannot claim insurance on it, but if peppe was smart enough by using Paypal (as what i do), he could've claimed the insurance off it.

bad luck m8y.

Rofl that is jsut pure 100% a scam.

10 items, all sold by no longer registered users only a week ago, all within 25mins of each other and then no other sales at all.

Then the contents of the items he bought...

Then looking at the comments:
"Instant pay, A+++ebay buyer, item will ship 6/1, thank you" done on Jul 31 - clearly not a real comment.

Seroulsy, before jumping at an offer like that, do some background research thats why the links are provided...

Yeah but, what he can do is just tell his bank to cancel the cheque he sent and problem resolved. Thats how people con on legend of mir, send cheque 1st guy receives thinks its ok, gives the items, other guy phones his bank and cheque = canceled. I recon hes still got time, to send to china takes some time? week? + like a week to go in ur bank...
