I need a good host.

I have made a server and started on it a bit..still in alpha lolz. I need a host to host my server. I have a m8 with a super pc and a T2 connection but he has no idea how to host or even setup the DB for the DB to load =/. So...if there any good hosts out there please e-mail me at [email protected] or post here..ty .

Why dont you just use Remote Assistance or VNC to set it up on ur friends PC?

He don't want to do Remote Assistance because he said some type of virus will screw our pc up =/.

Lol sounds strange to me.. How you give up just cause he dunno how to get DB's working. If he had T2 you wouldnt just give up.

I tried everything I know..he still can't get it. I gave him the BDE admin and told him to install it where I had it which shoulda made it work. I even told him to give me screenshots..but it still don't work. He don't have DB Commander..does he need that even tho he not gonna edit DB?

Btw, what is VNC?

he needs the DB, if u remeber u have to do that Hero, thingy in control panel\dbcommander.

- I had absolutely NO knowledge of servers, I got my hands on a tut and
it wa so easy I was shocked...

- I've never heard of a virus that breaks both pc's wen RA is connected

- a T2 host? unless your new host is T3, there aint no substitute
