What does it take for items you've sold to the shops to show then?

Atleast 10 sells?

I know if you sell certain items they just NEVER appear, and too right, Ruby/Dragon Rings etc shouldn't be able to be bought there.

But what determines if a level 22 armour becomes available to buy after i've sold it there?

Nothing is showing up in shops when i sell it, been this way since 1 of the first reboots. Everything sold goes to the void, and comms is full of shop items lol.

It would be good if the items you sell to the shop become available to everybody that way all the noob items can be brought.

Intended but I think this is one thing that should be in. One persons trash is another man's treasure.

I agree.

Its ok to have the shops emptied again with a reboot, but i think anything sold to them should be available to be bought by other players (only the number sold tho). Its part of the games economy.

Because its part of the games economy its how it is. You can trade using the TM instead of devaluing every single item as they drop and get vendored.
You can still use the buyback feature in case you misclick anyway

This also drives the economy. People sell, people buy surely that gets money moving. Personally right there are items that are rare when they should be all over the shops.
