If Curse10 (or anyone else for that matter) owned Sabuk at the moment, you would have complained just as much (if not more) about how broken it currently is. And that's not just idle fact, it's cold, hard speculation.

Add the Guild Fife (basically a owner guild afk room) and the Sabuk Dungeon/Quest from Mir 3 and it would have a fairly decent reason for being held.
Besides the drop changes that made a whole lot of prior boss hunting redundant when did you see curse10 complain?
If we held it and that was happening we would just let it go to the guild that wants it.
if they made it no body drops, loads would come and it'd be fun.. no body drop = fun, currently nobody wants to risk anything worth having..
They already changed it to a free for all. Did you want the pay to win people to win on this server?
Better idea start a contest room like upstairs store used to be. Make that no drop and no tele out griefing and all the pvp ppl can have loads fun.
