I totally understand what you're saying, but what happens when we've exhausted every option, and still the issues persist? Will you potentially look at the possibility that your client isn't necessarily optimized for all hardware configurations?
In my case, for example, I always ensure that my system is clean and that all my drivers are up to date. I've tried 2 fresh windows installs (1 32bit and 1 64bit) both with all the latest drivers for everything in the system, and yet I still experience constant 3 second freezes, or "lag"
The only way for me to eliminate this "lag" is to run the game from an external USB hard drive. This leads me to believe the client isn't able to access the internal hard drive properly for some reason.
I do plan to upgrade my internal to an SSD next week, so if you can't address this issue in your client, then hopefully a faster hard drive will help
