On a more serious note, i always assumed this was just a troll joke... until i watched a 2h 'documentary' the other day and there are literally thousands of people(mainly Americans) who genuinely believe this....

Well I've said what I'm going to about the pvp/pk side if something gets done great if not I'll just continue to pvp/pk on my wizard until it does gets changed If you want an honest test without people hiding there true strength Just observe Windy he is a nightmare on the server he can even take out ChinaNo1 (Sometimes) and is one of the best PVPer's I've seen.


Clock won't influence my play time just let me get my sleep pattern back on track it's all over the show at the moment.

For Quests a mixture of both would be great even if some of them were like repeatable weekly quests like Slay 5 Doom Claws. Reward 5 Crystals and some EXP I already do that so all having a quest for that would do is make more people wanna do it with me.

Dunno about an endless dungeon but a dungeon that promotes grouping and killing monsters to progress is fun.

Also There has been a noticeable drop in Doom Claws parts since the reboot doubling spawns in Wall and Wall 2, Did something get tweaked with Doom Claw or Map Modifier because he went from giving an average of 10-15 parts per person to 2-5 for most with the odd person getting 15. A lot of players in group today were kicking off about it.

I agree with this, but it is also the one thing that can instantly shut down a wizzies ability to spam tempest, if you get puri'd as a wizz you must recast shield at the least, preventing you from chucking down more tempests. It's something that I thought needed changing but the more I looked into it, actually balances/counters out the wizard tempest in some aspect.

Melee on the other hand have no such option, but I am honestly fine with that considering if a melee does get up close it's usually instant K.O, people moan tao's are OP, and they basically are, but they're the corner stone of balance in group fights and I'm wary on buffing or nerfing them further.

I do like some of these suggestions though. The clock is something I think we could add. Then again it's in our favour to have you guys lose track of the time and keep playing :lol

As for a never-ending dungeon, Jamie was working on something along those lines last I checked... however it was a little OTT and it got put on the back burner.

Quests are something we can do, but do you want meaningful quests (would take time) or just throw a bunch of new/easy quests in?


In regards to Quests - If it's something we want to continue adding to I can start writing them again.

The extended "Kill a **** ton of mobs" might be a good way to add in Crystal rewards.

So which Smarty pants did the potion merchants text I kinda giggled at that when I read it as did a lot of my fellow guildies when I told them about it. That guys text was funny.

I get that it stops tempest spam, maybe an option would behave it only effect shield and leave joh, reno alone?

I agree tao's are the corner stone of balance on mir 2 but there not really on here (in my opinion), it feels like they can make pvp unbalanced, for example you add a decent tao level 80 that can use the character well to any relatively even fight and it will become a 1 sided gang bang, this tao can drop all enemy players buffs/ shields with 1 cast from the other side of the screen.

Also don't forget warrior's have reflect damage, if i have tempest laid down this skill is aids, i can barely walk away from the warrior chasing me nvm if they have a compadre they will catch and KO me for sure.

I'm not bothered about quests, unless the reward is crystals :cheerful:

Add a battle ground type map maybe? nice big open map with lots of bosses and mobs to fight over but lots of room to run around tempest spam for melees.

Just to touch on the added guild features maybe you could just add a drop down on ranking for guild and it shows only your fellow guildies. I think that might be easier than adding it to guild.

You have a player on the server with every piece of official Euro quest and mini game content. They’ve even posted about it before and offered to share. No need to reinvent the wheel when it’s already available.

that works too, as long as we have 1 window with all the relevant information and dont have to swithc around that would make life easier :).

Why dont give crystal to old and low bosses so they become relevant for hunting again?

That’s the only place they drop, the original content bosses up to around EE I think.

I like the fact this post has become something constructive and not about crying about issues in the game keep it up guys and add more suggestions.

Just a few more suggestions for you.

Can we get a special refinement option on jewelry, and helmets to increase the Dura on an item so that our sets can last a little longer or even a couple of quests that are fairly easy to SR our gear. Just put a cap in for it. DA sets burn out in about an hour of use for melee yet castors get days out of a set. Not got an issue with that but a few more options wouldn't hurt.

Special group bonus for married couples could be fun nowt crazy just something simple like 10% pve or something.

Reskin weapon appearance is wanted but dunno how hard it would be for you guys to do.

Warriors still want nemesis to be reskined to something cool.

Lion mounts for lvl85 give people something to work towards.

New spells.

500 of each orb as a weekly quest to kill monster, and LL 2 subs. Might be fun.

Just to name a few.

Can you confirm that emblems cannot drop/crafted added?

emblems drop i got one in the mines master emblem part...do these drop full or only parts never had one drop again from several locatons since in a week ;)

when you pop on test server how do i upgrade my level which files need moving when i copied the files over i was lvl 60 on test server so now am lvl 65 but test says still 60

sounds good to have daily quests for orbs / crystals or frags. That would be a nice motivation and change to the blunt grind.

Also dura is a point which is stressing me alot. Coming back to the melee/ranged topic, my DA set is pretty much dead after a 2 hour grind in dunes, while i could use the same set on my wizard for the whole day having 1 dura loss on it.

Not only that melees have to spend way more money on repairs, we also are prevented from further hunting and lvling. Why is there a special repair CD in the first place? normally you want people playing as much as possible on your server and not preventing them from playing. Especially if it only targets one group and puts them into disadvantage. Id say remove the repair CD

Yep repair cd is way too high for melee you need another equipment to play more. Removing cd would be a great idea.

That’s what special repair oils are for. Usually around 7-10m on comms or 200gg/hg. Depending on the kit you have they can be cheaper than special repair anyway and have no cd.

we know that. But why should 2 classes have to spend realmoney or GG for repair oils while other classes dont need to? are you serious? If i want to have a grind day i would need 2-3 of those oils...

while i can grind the 24/7 with my wizard with probably not even Special repairing once...

Okay for me SR Oil's are not too bad work out about 10M a pop off the market but at the same time what are the new players who cannot make major money or who spend all there hunt gold on the perm buffs meant to do CremeEgg.

I agree with not removing the thing or even changing the time but an extra option like a once per day quest isn't gonna ruin the game. Nor would extra durability refinement, All the current system does is limit how much I can play which is annoying because I am active and online about 10-16 hours a day. (Yeah I know thats a lot but I blame Mir, Just when you think you got out it pulls you back in),

Mir 3 has always been like that, also Special Repair was only ever twice a day on official servers for an hour. 8-9am and 8-9pm (or 9-10 can’t remember, changed with clocks).

Strength increases dura on all items here not just weapon. There are a lot of much fairer systems in place here than on official or previous servers.

Having multiple bits of kit was always part of being a melee class.
