I'd have a game of age of empires 2, used to love that online and think I've still got it saved somewhere. Got no C&C games though except maybe red alert 2 (and thats not a real one so can't play it).

RA2 can be picked up these days for ~£10, aint seen YR anywhere tho recently.
Problems that might occur here tho are people in uni with no port forwards :/
Hamachi would be a useable solution, which would allow for cracked play, as there is only uniqueness checking on keys over lan.
Would require someone to give out keys to people to use to install and make sure noone is using a duped key.

You will need ports forwarding.
IIRC It defaults to needing:
(Not sure about the legitimacy of this info, but Thats what I ahve in my firewall config and it works for me)
Additionally you can force a specific port:
In that case its a TCP port i guess, but its probably best to forward both UDP and TCP if just TCP doesn't work.
Additionally, as I said, hamachi is a great tool that you download install, join a "network" and then its as if your on a LAN with everyone (in which case we would use LAN play rather than Internet play, and cracked copies would work provided everyone had a unique key.)

Stupid GAME sed my bank didn't let the transfer of money go through for my C&C : The First Decade -_- . But I've ordered again should come monday or tuesday along with my medusa and my razer mat (H)

Im ****ed off trying to be helpful on here, and people like Leocrasher decide that personal vendetta's count for more than contribution. Perhaps certain staff members should ask why people like me dont care much for the rules, and realise the answer is: whenever we do give two ****s, we still get *****ed and and banned for some piss reason.
