In game bug reporting don't recieve confirmation email?

Hey I don't seem to be receiving confirmation emails with my ticket I'd attached when I send bug reports??

Any chance of a response as to why I'm not receiving any confirmation email with my ticket I.d could do with getting this resolved

Also submitted a bug report this morning and have not received any email confirmation with a ticket id or anything.

Someone keeps attempting to hack the account that sends the emails and therefore locking it up... We are going to an alternative provider, in the mean time we can only apologise and advise that you take note of your ticket number(s).

hay so i dont have to make a new thred could u reset my fate quest please i think its bugged ive killed 100's n 100's off ghouls for the book in pi i did report it thanks
(i have done the other quests to kill ghouls at same time)

I cant actually take a note of the ticket number because when a bug report is submitted no ticket number is provided, I just made another report hopefully trying to get a ticket number so that I could at least keep track of what was going on, but this hasn't remedied the situation.
