i believe u mean background music like EI?
I remember ages ago some one saying they found the file for it, so theres a .wav file for it in the mir files, but obviously it dont work.

Yes it is possible, called API, Same way Death Servers mir console was built, I can do it, but a certain someone whos a genius at it has already probably done it :P That person knows who he is

oh and on topic yes it can be done but for some reason it crashes my client after it plays 3 or so times

Create a new standard app with visual basics and you need to set form and module to play the selected .wav file.... whilst your at it on the form aswell create a small text box and use API calls to move that control onto the mir window, and use @sound or something as the trigger to start the background music...
