Your GPU creates as many images as possible.
Your Display, displays as many images as possible from the GPU.
This is ALWAYS the optimal setup.

Although TD already kindly explained that its all linked in AppleM2 and "they" be whoever "they" are probably cant change it, lol, so instead just argue its case even though they would happily set it to 240 to put all this to bed lol..

Why would that be optimal? whats point in your gpu burning itself out generating 10,000 FPS when your monitor can only display 60 of these, anyway that's personal preference some people do it some don't.

Point is it wont effect game speed only thing fps will affect is the time for reaction same as ping.
