This server is supposed to be capped at 60 FPs so trying or aiming for anything above will not benefit you greatly.

Also a TV with 600mhz refresh rate is just daft. HDMI can only run at 60fps. And I'm pretty sure there are no tv programmes or movies that can run above that. Obviously 3D is 120mhz but that's not the same as it's just 2 lots of 60fps's.

I did have a read of that thread korriban made and yes playing In Windowed mode with aero effects on seemed to work but it loses the immersion for me.

Hi everyone, please don't spam this thread with accusations against other players for "cheats" and other stuff, I'm just looking for some game legal tips.

I have a good internet connection of 30mb down and 8 up and I run mir off an alienware laptop which handles quite a lot of games really well but my in game speed on mir is at best average. Are there official and non cheat type things I can do to improve speed? Someone once mentioned selecting what core the game uses but I'm not very clued up on these matters. A friend told me to mention i use windows 8 but I don't know why lol.

Anyway, any tips, if in fact there are any, most welcome!

ps: Mods please close the thread if it turns into a discussion about cheats etc, I just want PC/Laptop tips to help game performance

Vmware ftw

Uhm a 600Hz tv does not actually show 600 Hz of images it shows 60Hz images and inbetween for 9 frames it's black. this is to reduce fading within your screen when playing or watching fast paced things(only truly works on watching footbaal and stuff)

I'll try to pop fps higher by OCing my screen look if chronicles reacts to it. O:
