Needs a reboot or a client up date to sort it
For some reason each time we change the time on the server machine it just resets itself at 12, it's a stupid windows bug where there system needed to be restarted in order to change the time

I thought server was in france. Not sure if they mess about changing clocks like UK does.
Not that hard to live with. Like cba to reset the clock in yr car cos cant remember how to do it and cant find the manual. Means its right half the year
