Bug Ingame text unreadable

I'm unable to read all npc text. Is there a fix for this?

I might be being stupid but the only font changing i can see is in the config, as followed:

FontName=Tahoma
FontSize=12

I can only change the chat window which is still hard to see but this does not change npc chat.

I think he means fonts in windows, not sure about changing them in the config ini

some folks who don't see too well small print set their fonts to bigger size in windows setting
