Internet Problems

When i restart pc, i cant access net, and when i do, its really slow.

But when i control alt Del, and end task on some programs....it works.

So im wondering if i can stop certain programs starting up when windows does.

I dont know what these programs are....so i cant do it via the programs settings.

go on start, run, put in "msconfig" and there it will say all the start up stuff

Download antispyware, like M$.

msconfig and close anything which aint necassary, and download Adaware-6 / M$ like Urban the Turban said.

Just end whatever program is taking the resources, and post back the name, and don't forget to run M$ anti-spyware.
