IP error

All my gates are running smooth but when i try to login it freezes at the Tian[Good] server select screen. I've pulled Idabigas ip setup on the one thread you will ever need so i can't see whats wrong, i'm thinking its proberbly because im on a router?
This is the error dbsrvr gives so if any1 can help will be most gratefull

I wrote this also below, they should feel offended or attacked end-guilty I me for that. What this problem knows your problem praying-rift I still to check very exactly from my original time they simple their Ips with the aid of my above Posts.

goto your !serverinfo.txt (dbserver folder)
it didn't say
127.0.0.1,netip:7200 (you are probably using your lan ip instead of 127.0.0.1)
