IP Question

i have a dynamic IP so ive setup a static IP here

but i cant seem to get a client to connect to it.

The LOM client doesnt lookup DNS address, it only uses IP addresses. Therefore you will have to either use a program (such as frontend) that is capable of looking up the DNS address before MIR loads, ask your ISP nicely for a static IP, or forget it.

i had a static ip for bout 3 months after i got my internet lol but then it just changed to dynamic =/ i cudnt b assed to phone my isp as i didnt need a static ip really but well its quite usefull sometimes like for if u run a ftp server or a mirserver
