is it possible to duplicate classes

I wanted to see if its possible to re-create Myth of Soma's Heaven and Devil World - two factions that have there own maps/caves etc that can battle each other if ones willing to journey into there 'World' plus Global Invasions and Battlegrounds for the opposing sides. I can only think of Duplicating each class so on the char select screen you would see 6-10 classes(depending on sins/archers being added)
1 warrior would be a Human in the Heaven World and the other Warrior would be a Demon in the Devil World. i would also need to possibly alter the skin colour of the Demons on the characters too.

what level of experience with coding would one need to bring this to life?

I'm not familiar with the system of soma

But you could use npc scripts

Literally have flags set on new char login if you want it random or if it's player choice set a flag on their choice then you can do checks on that flag
